Galium Capital has completed the amenity deck renovation at 95 Burnett, our 106 unit multifamily residential building in Renton, Washington, just outside of Seattle. Overlooking the Cedar River, 95 Burnett affords many outdoor recreational activities including walking distance to Downtown Renton. Now, our residents can enjoy the outdoors at home as well with the addition of our beautifully landscaped outdoor entertainment enclave.
Residents will be able to take advantage of the new outdoor amenity deck across all seasons where they will be able to BBQ their favorite meal on the grill before toasting s'mores at the fire pit. Golfers can now practice their putting without leaving the building and those with a competitive edge can turn up the heat at the ping-pong table.
